Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. Next Lilypad Therapy offers a free 15-minute consultation. This gives you an opportunity to ask questions, briefly share what you are looking for support with, and see whether therapy feels like a good fit.
Do you offer virtual therapy?
Yes. Virtual therapy is available across Ontario.
Do you offer in-person therapy?
Yes. In-person therapy is available in Mississauga by appointment. Location details are provided after booking.
What types of therapy do you offer?
Next Lilypad Therapy offers individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy.
What languages are services available in?
Services are available in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Is Next Lilypad Therapy an emergency service?
No. Next Lilypad Therapy is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
Do you accept insurance?
Next Lilypad Therapy does not offer direct billing at this time. Clients are responsible for payment at the time of session and will receive a receipt that can be submitted to their insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
Many insurance plans include coverage for psychotherapy services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your coverage before booking.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed. You can contact Next Lilypad Therapy directly to request a free consultation or appointment.
How long is each therapy session?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Longer sessions may be available depending on your needs and the type of therapy.
Are therapy sessions confidential?
Yes. Therapy is confidential, with some legal and ethical exceptions related to safety and risk.
How do I know which type of therapy is right for me?
